The ITLS TN INC Board of Directors recently approved updates to the Policy and Procedure Manual. These changes include:

- adding the ability of organizations to print post course card/certificates on-site, and

- clarifying documents Course Coordinators are required to maintain, and 

- adding late fee assessment ability for rosters not paid in full within 30 days of course completion, and

- clarified the position of ITLS TN INC regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
